How to Be Fearless: Learn to Live Without Fear

How to be fearless Hey, learn one thing from your own life. Whatever has already happened in the past is done and gone. I mean, however you lived your past life—whether in constant fear or in any other way—worrying about what people would say.
If you truly want to understand how to be fearless, the first step is accepting that the past cannot be changed, but your mindset can.
There are many fears that a person faces in this world, and most of them exist only in our minds.

The Two Biggest Fears in a Person’s Life

In my opinion, there are two major fears that are very difficult for a person to remove from within themselves.

Fear of Authority Figures from Childhood

The first fear could be of your mother, your father, an elder sibling, or even some relative—someone who had complete authority over your life when you were young. And honestly, this makes sense, because when you were a child, you needed their permission, and they took your life decisions seriously. They were the ones deciding your life.

If you didn’t do things according to them, they would scold you, and you were afraid of being scolded.

But listen—there is one thing you must bring into your life now. No doubt, when you were young, you had no authority and couldn’t stand up for yourself.
But now, look—you are grown up.
Now if they think they can still control your life and that you should still be afraid of them, then you need to understand this: you are an adult now.

Even today, when you try to stand up for yourself, you get scared—“What will they say?”—even though they no longer have any control over your life. They may try to show it as if, “Just try going against us and see what we’ll do to you.”
But keep this in mind: that time is gone when you had to be afraid of them.

The Elephant Story: Understanding Your Hidden Power

An example of this is like when an elephant is a baby. Its owner ties its leg with chains, and at that time, the elephant cannot escape. But when the elephant grows up, the chains are still on its legs, and now it could break them with a single jerk and escape.

That power exists within it. But the elephant is not aware of its power. The belief that was planted in its mind keeps controlling it.

The same applies to you.
You need to understand that you have power in your hands. You can stand up for yourself. You can make your own decisions. You can live your own life.

This Is Your Life—Take a Stand

Because this is your life. Every human gets only one life—so why are others interfering in it?

This is your life, and you have to take a stand for yourself. You can do all of this. Just remove fear from your mind.
Do it and see—whatever happens, we’ll deal with it.
What’s the point of a life lived in constant fear?

This is your life—live it. Let people and their nonsense go to hell.

If someone comes and tries to make decisions for your life, tell them politely that they are not allowed to do that. Say it in a good way.
Keep people within their boundaries—because people cross boundaries a lot.

Fear of People and Their Judgments

Fear of othersThe second fear is the fear of people—the fear of their judgment.

Keep this in mind: do what your heart wants. Let people go to hell. They will judge you or say whatever they want—let them.
People are never satisfied; I have learned this in my life.

Live your life properly.

For example, if you have to speak in front of an audience, why are you afraid of people? The fear is that they will judge you—so let them. That’s literally their job. People cannot live without making comments.

Sometimes they’ll think you’re good, sometimes bad—let them.

Fear Only Allah, Nothing Else

Bring one thing into your life: remove fear from everything except Allah.
Keep the fear of Allah in your heart, but don’t fear anyone else.
These people and things are not worthy of being feared.

If you ever feel afraid of something, especially do that thing. Face it instead of running away from it. These people do not have the power to scare you.

Fear only Allah and no one else.
